Sinning against the Holy Spirit also occurs in Acts 5:

1. Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Spirit
2. why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart?
3. thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
4. ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord

as stated in Acts 5.

The sin will not be "let off" or "pardoned" from the due penalty, i.e. death.

Thereafter the blashemer will be saved.

Not a comment from another that can be interpreted in various ways, that you seem to assume can only be interpreted one way -your way.
