  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am staying in the Padded Room all night due to....


Last night around 10PM my migraine headache I had, and cried myself to sleep . My herniated disk in the upper part of my neck caused this. I didn't even get to take my sleeping pill Trazodone before I cried myself to sleep. I awoke at 2AM pacific standard time and went to the bathroom, I ate some raspberry yogart and stayed up until 3AM, I took my Trazodone sleeping pill and slept until 10:30AM today. I should have taken one of my pain pills Vicodin, but I didn't. I only took 1000mg of Tylenol instead.. I even wore my neck brace all day yesterday.

I get another MRI on my neck and Herniated disk October 5th, 2004 at 9AM, then another long test after that the same day.

Thank God for Helping me and healing my migraine headache while I slept! I am again wearing my neck brace again all day today!! This time after I ate, I took a Vicodin about and 1 1/2 ago. I do NOT want to get another migraine headache today. My herniated disk in my neck has been causing these almost everyday in varying degrees.
