My experience: I had a person I was seeing, he was a christian, had some things that I could have lived with. I had a friend and she
warned me about this guy....now I could have been closed minded, but I chose to listen and see for myself. Well...in the meantime...my future husband showed up...had all the requirements....but not going to church...well I inivited him to church, he accepted the Lord, and I found out he was a backslidder. The other guy, who was a christian, had no job, he had an anger issue, swore at me, and I said no, been there done that....and prayed very hard for God to assure me that though my husband to be was a newer christian, God confirmed to my spirit that He was a good man, and that he would be a great mate for me. As a matter a fact, I was praying and fasting regarding the relationship. I told the Lord, I can't marry him...and the Lord told me that Behold He would do a NEW thing...and I said ok...do a quick work, that NIGHT my husband asked me to marry him. It was pretty exciting!
We've been married 13 years. PTL! And the Lord had done an awesome thing in his life! Tamara77777
