I suppose just the Catholic Church. It was founded as the universal Church for all peoples of the world. The name Roman Catholic, I believe, was used to distinguish the Church from the Eastern Orthodoxy.

Ultimately the name doesn't really matter, I usually refer the CC as the Church, for this is what Christ called it. The Catholic Church is the only true Church on earth, founded by Jesus our Lord and Saviour.

The Catholic Church is the proper name. There are rites within the Church like Latin, Byzantine (Eastern), Maronite, etc. but the name of the entire Church is the Catholic Church.

I have people all the time calling it "Roman" Catholic Church and when I correct them they look oddly at me. You hear "Roman" Catholic Church in the media also. My Orthodox brethren usually call it "The Roman Church" but I don't. I call it what they want to be called.

Would it be the Western church, the Catholic Church, or the Roman Catholic Church? I have seen all used by Popes in encyclicals.

Or just "The Church".

The thing about labels is that they tend to evolve according to what needs to be distinguished from what.

Church distinguishes it from world
Catholic distinguishes it from certain heresies
Roman distinguishes it from those who don't look to Pope as head

So would it be wrong to identify as Roman Catholic since I'm under the Pope?

No. If you are in full communion with the Pope you are Roman (at least according to the previous Pope)

No. I wouldn't either. I would call it "The Catholic Church" or "their Church' but not "the" Church :p

Haha, the Eastern Orthodox would never call us Roman Catholics " The Church"

It would have to be the Roman Catholic Church since it is the church found in Rome.

God bless!
