Because the ozone is compromised

According to who's mathematics about what? What interacting with what? How? How much energy? When? Why is it heating more now than before? By how much? Measuring what? Unless you can answer these questions - and show why the DEMONSTRABLE, repeatable physics of CO2 is wrong - you're not doing science. You may as well be daydreaming about unicorn vomit.

K… whatever
Ummm - you're the one asserting daydreams and rainbows are the problem instead of the demonstrable, repeatable physics of CO2.
You're the one with egg on your face unless you can prove it!
You're the one just asserting whatever your subconscious emits as 'truth'. I'm just being a bit more honest when I do the same thing and talk about running the world on unicorn vomit!

Is that anyway to convert him into becoming a believer?

Have you read the context?
It got so bad a few pages back that I asked him if he was trolling this forum.
He assured us he wasn't - but in a science forum he just keeps repeating his assertions, as if his subjective opinion is somehow credible.
I don't even think he quoted the alt-truth paper he cited correctly - it doesn't back his own theory that I can see.
I'm trying to provoke him to think about all these important subjects.

I believe the climate is inconstant

For whatever reason
Nope. If it changes, the climatologists want to know why. There's physics around all these systems. Physics measures real things - not subjective opinions.

There are many many drivers of climate, and CO2 is just one of them. It's a myth that it's the only one - climatologists have never said that.
But it's true that it's the main one operating now!

But hey - we could hypothetically spend maybe $10 billion a year to cool the planet by sprinkling dust in the stratosphere - but there are side effects to that.

Go forward 30,000 years and Milankovitch Cycles may just cool the world into another glacial period.

Go back quite a while and the atmosphere was different again.
Go back even longer - and the sun was a bit younger and cooler! EG: Back in the time of dinosaurs it was 2% cooler than today! That affects climate. So yeah, it changes. It's inconstant on geological timeframes like several tens of thousands of years - Milankovitch cycles explain that. But just randomly inconstant for "Whatever" reason? That's not true - at least according to what the best of the human race have discovered in studying this thing.

Except you quoted God's promise to Noah that "seedtime would never fail" as somehow contradicting climate science - only to betray that you understand neither the bible nor science! If "seedtime never failing" is an ironclad promise from God - why did he fail to keep it a number of times in Genesis itself? Joseph's famine was complete across the known world for SEVEN YEARS. That's 7 times God directly failed to keep his promise! Unless you've misunderstood the Noah event - which I've tried to help you understand!

Genesis 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Was Earth still in existence in Joseph's time?

Was seed?
No.
Promise broken.
Unless of course the earth not getting returned to the 'watery chaos' imagery of Chapter 1 is what God was promising. In that case, the generic promise to Noah is NOT about seedtime being guaranteed forever but that generally speaking there will not be a theological event like Noah's flood again. Which, of course, allows for both the famines in later Genesis and climate change. So your original objection is negated.

Just a little-tongue-in-cheek humor to relieve some of the tension.

Except for the bit where God forgot this literalistic promise you're reading and let there be famines in the land on many occasions, culminating in 7 years without grain across the entire known world. So I've got no idea how you say "Yes". You've just utterly undermined any kind of serious reading of Joseph's famine then!

What's this?

Genesis 42:1 Now when Jacob saw that there was corn in Egypt, Jacob said unto his sons, Why do ye look one upon another?

Egypt wasn't a part of "the entire known world"?

That's because you have a bad translation.

NIV

42 When Jacob learned that there was grain in Egypt, he said to his sons, “Why do you just keep looking at each other?” 2 He continued, “I have heard that there is grain in Egypt. Go down there and buy some for us, so that we may live and not die.”

Where does the grain come from? The silo's.
Now you're trying to undo the whole point of Joseph's prophecy and famine! The famine is in Egypt as well. The previous few verses said so!

41:59: "When the famine had spread over the whole country, Joseph opened all the storehouses and sold grain to the Egyptians, for the famine was severe throughout Egypt. 57 And all the world came to Egypt to buy grain from Joseph, because the famine was severe everywhere."

Famine across whole country. Not corn.
Grain coming from storehouses. Not fields.
A complete cessation of crops EVERYWHERE FOR 7 YEARS - not 'seedtime and harvest'.
Is the bible contradicting itself?
Or have you not understood God's promise to Noah?

Next, I suppose you're going to tell me day and night ceased?

By the way, your NIV says this:

Genesis 8:22 [NIV] As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.

Since Genesis doesn't record global ocean temperatures for anytime in the 2500 years since it was written, how is it relevant to the topic at hand?
