The nose- my least fav. body part-

I'm in L.A.: smog, and dry desert climate. And weigh a 125 lbs.

I've noticed a lot of people fiddling w/their noses down here- dried skin in nostrils...

I drink a fair amont of water, but have the socially destructive problem of visible white stuff appearing in my nostrils often when I check a mirror throughout the day.

I'm afaid to look up at anyone or have anyone look up at me- socially, work, etc.

Maybe I need to move out of L.A. (no health insurance...)

You really probably shouldn't worry about it. It's probably yourself picking stuff you don't like out.

Just dead skin brother, apply lotion to the area, and increase that water intake.
