jesusrocksmyworld, I did this sig by adding [ GLOW ] and [ COLOR ] tags - [ GLOW = red ] [ COLOR = white ] and then [ /GLOW ] and [ /COLOR ] (no spaces)

eg

[GLOW=red]HELLO![/GLOW]

The shimmer glow effect is built into some glows I think, I just selected a red glow and it worked
