[Love] New Rest For Gods' Children!

2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Heb 4:9 There remained therefore a rest to the people of God.
Heb 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Heb 4:11 Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

I have entered into this NEW REST.
It is a rest that is spiritual.
In it, WE DO NOTHING.THE HOLY GHOST LIVES THOUGH US AND DOES EVERYTHING.
WE COULD BE SHOT OR TORTURED AND NEVER FEEL A THING.
You see, when Stephen was hit with rocks and the whole time he looked toward heaven, he had entered into this rest.
No person normally could keep looking up, when being hit and killed by stoning.
This new rest is for every child of GOD, but we receive these things by the HOLY GHOST, though Faith and love!
You see, many do not receive the many spiritual blessing that are already ours, because of unbelief, or they want them for the wrong reasons.


Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

As we see, The Lord said we would have them.
I know it is true, because I have experienced all these, and more!
I know GOD IS NO REPECTER OF PERSONS.
One of us is NO GREATER THAN ANOTHER.
WE ARE ONE IN THE LORD.
If we are to lead others, we MUST SERVE OTHERS, BE GOOD FOOT WASHERS; that’s my goal!

i need this.
i believe i've entered into God's rest, but i wonder if i am ready to undergo physical suffering like paul or stephen did and still have what you've talked about. i know martyrdom is in the future for me. so i need to be ready with whatever exit God has ordained for me.

i almost got stabbed to death outside a bar one night. some guy with a murderous spirit took out a knife and was about to go in for the kill until someone got him back inside. how do i know i wasn't prepared then? i clammed up and froze. that's a stark difference between the acccount of what stephen did when he was killed. most of all i need your prayers. god bless you for posting.

People do things and go places GOD does not tell them too ? And get in trouble ! We need to hear Him and then obey HIM ! Not just do what we feel He must want ?
Joh_10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Rom_8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Act_16:6 Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,


1Jn_2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Always be sure it the LORD leading and not your carnal thinking ?
Rom_8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

I know a guy who was preaching to the guys HE worked with and now is messed up the rest of HIS life !

We should always ask the HOLY GHOST to cause us to speak the right words !
