President Trump will, in November 2019, address the nation, to decline to run for a second term “we got EVERYTHING DONE!”

The “deal” will be that Trump doesn’t run in 2020...all of the sealed indictments still pending before the Court will STAY SEALED, (or go the way of nolle prosequi).

This could be likened to Galileo being “shown the instruments of torture” to “make him see ‘reason’”.

This is what I'm thinking. Donald may or may not have directly colluded with the Russian government, but he's been terrified of investigators poking through his finances... probably for good reason.

I suspect that Mueller's report won't show any Russian shenanigans, but rather many of the other criminal activities Donald's quagmired himself into over the years.

I further suspect that his supporters, many of whom cheered Bill Clinton's impeachment for lying about an extramarital affair, and have called for Hillary's imprisonment for the crime of being Hillary, will respond with "meh."

I suspect that Mueller's report won't show any Russian shenanigans, but rather many of the other criminal activities Donald's quagmired himself into over the years.

I disagree on this point because Mueller's mandate is so narrow. Any other criminal shenanigans will have been referred to other courts.

I don't know if there was collusion at the highest level, Donald himself, but Roger Stone, Carter Page and some of the others seem to be implicated - but I don't know.

It would take me too much time to show all of the evidence pointing to a conspiracy, but I will speak to that which sticks out for me.

It seems that a business deal in Russia was being discussed as early as 2015, to get rid of sanctions and to finance a Trump tower in Moscow (the funding would come from a bank that is currently sanctioned). One source of evidence linking it to the Presidential campaign is in email correspondence between Michael Cohen and Felix Sater, “Our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it,” Mr. Sater wrote in an email. “I will get all of Putins team to buy in on this, I will manage this process.”

Also the Trump tower meeting with Donald junior, Manafort, and Kirshner contained a dialogue pertaining to the lifting of sanctions, which was then portrayed to the public as being about resuming the adopting of Russian orphans, (which was suspended when the sanctions were put in place). This narrative of "adopting Russian orphans" was used by Donald Trump senior twice. Once when he himself told Donald junior to say that this was what was discussed at the Trump tower meeting, and another time when he told the New York Times what he and Putin had discussed in a private meeting during the G20 in Germany.

The evidence does not directly link Donald Trump with coordinating with Russia specifically to influence the U.S. electorate, but we know that the narrative of Russian adoptions was used in lieu of saying that the discussion was about lifting sanctions as a pretense, and that Donald Trump had to know about the deal and subsequently the need for sanctions relief, when he signed the letter of intent. Incidentally, all the while Trump campaigned insisting again and again that he had no deals in Russia while convincing his supporters that such reports were fake news by news outlets who were out to get him. When the report of the existence of a letter of intent to build a tower in Russia came out through the slandered news media, Trump initially lied about signing it or even seeing such a letter.

I note that in July 2015, two weeks after launching his Campaign, Trump indicates that he doesn't believe America should keep sanctions on Russia. Ironically, this declaration comes in a response that was prompted by a question from a one Maria Butina, who just happened to be picked by Trump in the crowd of people, and who has now been identified as a Russian operative working to advance Russian interests in American political circles.

The thing is, that apart from congress having a check on Presidential power, none of this appears to be illegal except maybe under the Logan act. It's not illegal to mislead the public as a candidate or even as an elected official. As an international business person, it's not even illegal to conduct business for personal profit in foreign countries. We know that a President must be entrusted with the power to conduct America's foreign policy, but it is extremely difficult to ever prove that there is/was an intent or an attempt to sell American foreign policy in exchange for personal gain, since such gains can simply be claimed as being merely coincidental. And to differentiate whether it's in America's best interests or one's own personal interest is always going to be open to speculation. Not only this, but the reporting has indicated that Russia is not the only country that may be openly bribing our President, his family members, or his associates, and there is nothing we can do about it. This is why we need to elect trustworthy people and not people who obviously lie to us to get power.

This much is clear. There was much propaganda from Russia amplifying the innuendo for distrust of Hillary Clinton, and Americans are gullible enough that another country can, as Felix Sater stated "can engineer" an election. Putin said publicly that he wanted Donald Trump because Donald was for normalizing of relations, (lifting sanctions). Donald Trump publicly stood with Putin in Helsinki over and against American intelligence concerning Russian interference saying,
"I have President Putin, He just said it’s not Russia. I don’t see any reason why it would be...".

This was said regardless of the fact that when Trump asked for help in locating Hillary's emails, he didn't ask China or Israel or any other country in the entire world, or even some fat guy with a laptop in his bed, he specifically asked Russia. Finally Trump's lies are so dumbfoundedly obvious it's just plain humiliating to all Americans. It is preposterous to claim that the investigation was a hoax contrived by Democrats because they lost an election, when the investigation began right after the primaries.
This President is lying to us and not because everything he did was above board.

From the Helsinki transcript: I do feel that we have both made some mistakes. I think that the probe is a disaster for our country. I think it’s kept us apart. It’s kept us separated. There was no collusion at all. Everybody knows it. People are being brought out to the fore. So far that I know, virtually, none of it related to the campaign. They will have to try really hard to find something that did relate to the campaign. That was a clean campaign. I beat Hillary Clinton easily and, frankly, we beat her. And I’m not even saying from the standpoint — we won that race. It’s a shame there could be a cloud over it. People know that. People understand it. The main thing — and we discussed this also — is zero collusion.

Notice the last line: I keep asking myself how and why Putin and Trump would ever discuss between themselves if there was any collusion between themselves and conclude that there was zero collusion, particularly while they are both denying any Russian interference in the first place.​

True, but the fact that Mueller spotted them and referred them to other courts will be noted in his report.
