It is not a matter of the most important command, but of our obedience to All of Gos commands to love him and to love others, without both just obeying one is as pointless as not obeing anof Gods commands.
We show that we love God by how we love our enemies.

That's an interesting yoke you got there...

In my meager opinion, the single most important "command" would be below.

Genesis 17:14 NLT - "Any male who fails to be circumcised will be cut off from the covenant family for breaking the covenant."

If physical circumcision points to Spiritual Circumcision, and if Spiritual Circumcision is what brings a person from death to Life . . . then seeking the Spiritual Circumcision is the single most important "thing" a person ought seek until they obtain it, for nothing, not one more thing in this life could ever be more important. For if we do not receive the Spiritual Circumcision of Christ, we cannot receive Eternal Life.

Colossians 2:11, 13 NLT - 11 "When you came to Christ, you were "circumcised," but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision--the cutting away of your sinful nature." ... 13 "You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins."

If you think Jesus's command to show our love for him by our obidience is a yoke then your understanding of love is lacking.

Matthew 22:34-40

The Most Important Commandment

34 But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees with his reply, they met together to question him again. 35 One of them, an expert in religious law, tried to trap him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the most important commandment in the law of Moses?”

37 Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”

it's what Jesus said... He is the truth, the way, and the life.

This is the biggest Commandment in the Bible. Jewish children would recite it twice daily during the time of Christ.

People who need to look at it as a command require additional instruction, however.

This is why James wrote his letter, and spoke of a "law" of liberty. It wasn't a classical law, but similar to the law of the sin in our body in epistle to the Romans , it is within us.

James taught to judge with mercy, since humans will judge anyway. Warning people who want to make everything about a law, how God's judgment will come down on them if they do not judge with mercy.

I don't think you understand the Hebrew significance of the word "yoke" here.
