A low church theological position but not general Anglican thought, most provinces in the AC's catechisms supports this claim. It is supported agreed, but it is also one aspect of Anglican thought on the sacraments.

Eh? I'm assuming by low church you mean evangelical (although they don't mean the same thing).

The wonderful Justin is an evangelical. Most Anglicans in the COfE are evangelical. How are thoughts from evangelicals not a general Anglican thought, especially when they reflect the Articles of Faith?

Yes, Low church is a traditional name for the Evangelical outlook within Anglicanism, just as High Church is a traditional name for the Anglo-Catholic outlook.

And Justin is one evangelical and quite a few are evangelical, but not all nor even most. Most parishes are far more a blend of the two. And I didn't say that evangelicals do not help to make up part of the theology surrounding the Articles or Anglican thought, but they are a proportion of it, not the full scope.
