I just got back from Mass. I arrived late (which i almost never do) guess GOD wanted to really emphize this message. During mass JESUS told me to focus on Mass today and tommorrow. (which i will definately do)

First thank you for giving me this in PM's...as well.

I also copied this off and showed my kids...
AND will take it with me.

Guess what...I got to Mass late too this week. Usually not that late. So maybe we are being humbled.

Oh Absolutely! I offer this out all the time, I love it. I think I posted it here months ago. I just didn't want anyone to assume that because Fr. Dan noted this piece as acceptable, that it means that Catalina has been approved by the Church. Fr. Dan is a huge fan of Catalina actually but that doesn't mean that the Church will approve her as a true locutionist. By all means, as I tell my kids in youth group, if this is not contrary to the faith and it serves to edify and bolter your love for God, do it!

If my experience did not occur, I might be skepical. But something similar happened to me. AS I believe I said in here before.
But if it does edify..then by all means do believe it.

I saw the yellowish glow all around the priest, and the host, and I saw a yellow ray coming down too...from above.
I did not have the explanations as Catalina did. But I did hear the most gorgeous voices..{Angelic I am more than sure} above me singing the 'Hosana'...and human voices pale in comparison.

I have said since...if I could bottle that love that was given to me, for whatever reason..I would love to share it with the world.

Alas, I only have the memory and the words...but no bottle.

So, I truly truly do believe this woman is correct in her experience...if only I had words to give about the LOVE I FELT at Mass in Sept 1992.

It surrounded, encompassed, and became a part of me, whereas my body felt light, and for that time, I had knowledge..and I could actually understand why and what it all meant.

Now I am alone, it feels..because I crave the Lord, but I am encumbered with the grief of life...and living to strengthen my children.

I lit a candle to Our Lady back then, in prayer hoping her messages are received...it was after that I was to experience this.
Although internet is 'anonymous' I will never be able to confide in this lifetime the immense brilliant lights and love we have in store.

Carry these messages to everyone...and may the Lord give you the same experiences....I so pray!!

IF ONLY THE LORD GAVE THIS TO ALL...WE WOULD TRULY LOVE AS HE HAS LOVED.

But hard hearts will always be a part of this life. :(

:groupray: Peace!!

Mass yesterday was such a better and more profound experience! I didn't actually sense (see, hear etc.) any of those things, but I was certainly touched after trying to follow Our Lord and Lady's advice for Mass. Thanks Pam!Rob :)

It does have the bishops approval doesn't it?

It's important to clarify this. The Archbishop of Bolivia has approved the writings as not contrary to the Catholic faith and teachings. There have been, to my knowledge, no approvals of the apparitions as such as being supernatural and from God. So basically the appritions are not approved (or disproved) but the writings are approved in their substance not their source.

This is the first time I've read this too, it's truely amazing. I had no idea this happened at mass, and a LOT of catholics probably don't either. This was never taught to me in CCD or anywhere else, but I consider it a blessing that I was able to read it. I hope that having read it will help me to appreciate and participate in the mass much better than I have been. I'd definetly say sometimes I feel like I'm there out of habit, and feel indifferent..and at the same time I feel like I can't help it and would like to experience the mass in it's fullness. Thank you for the bump, I probably would've never seen it otherwise.

Yes, thanks for the bump. I just read the whole thing for the first time and it really touched my heart. I felt really bad when i read the part about the souls in purgatory praying for us but not being able to pray for themselves and i thought about my twin sister and my grandpa who are both deceased and thought "oh no, what if they are still in purgatory and waiting for me to pray enough for them to get out!" and i immediately stopped and prayed for them. The most amazing part is when she saw Jesus on the cross above the altar and how his blood was pouring into the chalice. I am sure this Sunday at mass will be a different more profound experience for me after reading that piece. Thanks for posting it passthepeace!

Yes I thought that part was amazing too. If you're familiar with Divine Mercy and St. Faustina's diary, it fits in well with that as well. His rays of mercy from his heart pour out over all of us.

That is a great observation! I love how it means different things to different people. The thing that struck me the most, was the guardian angels going up to the alter, with bowls....I said a prayer to my guardian angel and ask of forgiveness, for all the times she had to go up there with an empty bowl...:(

Peace be with you...Pam

One of my favorite threads in here ...I think of this everytime the Eucharist is being Blessed now.
I think of Christ watching me...and all of us.

Peace all...

PS, it has made me more thankful too. Now I am even more mindful of how much the Lord seeks us to remember HIM in our life.

Has anyone come across this before, it is a explanation of the Mass by our Mother Mary, she walked the seer Catalina (Katya)Rivas thru the Mass on Sunday. It hasn't been approved by the Vatican yet, but it does have the approval of their Bishop.

I cried when I first read it, and said a prayer to ask my guardian angel to forgive me....it's a little long, but an easy read. Peace be with you...Pam
