The final installment of the 3 part miniseries just aired and I was thoroughly satisfied with the series.
If you don't know what it is, check here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lost_Room (just too much to explain for me to try).
I am very happy with the fail safes they put in to keep the premise of the show appearing totally impossible and giving the objects attributes both powerful and useless and completely unpredictable. Not even the general idea of what they can do by what they are (i.e. a magnifying glass that can look through walls = boring, a pencil that taps out pennies = interesting). The fact that there are undiscovered objects, combinations of objects, and the untouched end to the series gives ample room for a full blown series, and I really hope they do.
I know that some parts of the show may upset some Christians as it makes many references to god, in which characters theorize that the objects are parts of god after he died in the room, or that assembling them all allows you to talk to god. Just keep in mind if this does upset you that the show doesn't make any claim that these theories are true or false, just shows them as theories of some of the characters.
Please, discuss.
Oh, and if you are curious enough to watch the whole series because you missed it, all three parts are airing this Sunday on Sci Fi at 5 PM (total of 6 hours - so clear that time frame of obligations).
