“It is the duty of saints to assemble together for public worship, on the account of God, who has appointed it, who approves of it, and whose glory is concerned in it; and on the account of the saints themselves, that they may be delighted, refreshed, comforted, instructed, edified, and perfected; and on account of others, that they may be convinced, converted, and brought to the knowledge and faith of Christ… an assembling together ought not to be forsaken; for it is a forsaking God… the first outward visible step to apostasy…” – Gill on Hebrews 10.25

Have a wonderful Lord's Day!

Public worship was established immediately after the Fall.

And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

To me, all days are the same, and if we were to adhere to a schedule, it should be Friday at sunset. Whoever got the idea to start days at midnight must have been high on something, because that is the wackiest concept of starting a day I can think of. Sunrise like most pagans, well OK. Sunset as in Genesis, sign me up. Noonday, where at least with a vertical sick you can measure the local time precisely, makes sense for the ancient world. But midnight???? Somebody was high on something and up to no good at a time when most hard working people are asleep (unless you take ER call like me, which makes you aware of what kind of characters are up and about at midnight).

I attend Sunday morning because it is customary, but to me it is just like any other day.

Most often I take my Shabbat on Saturday, when I routinely sleep 12 to 18 hours straight. It works out better, usually.

JR,

I do not esteem one day over another or keep 'Holy Days.' The Lord's Day is set aside by the local church for worship, prayer, etc. It is a day I look forward to all week. It could be any day of the week the local church calls the faithful to worship and I would call it the Lord's Day.
