No. But if stars form what looks like a train in a distant galaxy, I do not run off the tracks either. What happens in earth stays on earth. You need space and time and forces and laws to be the same far away for something that happens here to happen there the same way.So when a train passes by you, sounding it's horn, and the pitch drops due to Doppler shift, the train's movement is imaginary. I mean, it would have to be, if the expansion of the universe is imaginary.
