We only have like 50 Oblivion topics in this forum. lol
I was actually disappointed in the expansions. I was expecting so much more. At least Fallout 3 comes out next month and they will begin working on Elder Scrolls V.

Beaten the main quest and Knights of the Nine, and almost finished Shivering Isles. Then the 360 I was playing on got taken away because we graduated, and I had to stop.

It's called immersion. Granted, the walking is a bit much in Oblivion, but how unfun would it be if you didn't have the chance to explore the world and you were magically beamed to each place? THAT is

I play lots of RPGs. I just don't like having to walk a mile, sharpen my sword and cook my meals in between battles. Immersion isn't my thing.Sounds like we have an RPG hater here. lol
It's called immersion. Granted, the walking is a bit much in Oblivion, but how unfun would it be if you didn't have the chance to explore the world and you were magically beamed to each place? THAT is

You can fast-travel in Oblivion, and I don't recall anything about having to cook meals outside of realism mods. My criticism of the game's mechanics is that they encourage bizarre behavior, such as jumping everywhere you go to increase your acrobatics.
Also, if you liked Morrowind and Oblivion, you should know that the lead designer of both is working on a new title at Big Huge Games.

Hubby and I are right now playing FABLE 2. He loves Oblivion, I couldn't get into it.

An aspiring animator and cartoonist.
Fable 2 is nice eye candy, but it is way to easy. There is no chance of dying (only getting scarred when you get knocked out), and then it takes so much for you to be knocked out, I only got knocked out once.
I would give it a 6 out of 10, and every time I think about how easy it was to beat it, I get more and more jaded I get about it.
