Many people do not like their new stuff...me on the other hand, love it! Mostly because I don't know any of their old stuff. We figured out that people like me, tend to like both as a result. But those of them who have been listening to them for a long time don't like their new stuff.

I Love their new CD! I'm hoping to go out and buy their old ones before they come here next month! I'm sooo excited!

I'm with spiffycoolbeans...I like both their old and new stuff, because I heard their new stuff first, and since I liked them, I downloaded some of their old songs...to me there isn't much difference between "Emotion Is Dead" and "Love."

Great band. They're from Pittsburgh (which is where I'm from), so I've seen them several times. They put on a solid live show. I was disappointed in "Love" as well though. "Emotion is Dead" was such an amazing album I think any follow up had to be a let down.

Ok, something me and my friends have kind of been talking about recently....
Is The Juliana Theory christian or not?...We've come to the conclusion that the lead singer is a christian. We all know that lyrics make the song christian or not, not the style of music. Their lyrics aren't bad. It's just something that's kind of debatable.
Whether they are or not isn't going to make me NOT listen to them, just a question I have.

I don't know. As far as I know their lead singer hasn't said one way or another, whether he's making Christian music or not. Some of my friends have this ongoing debate about that topic. Some think he is, others don't. I've never heard arguments either way so I don't know. Lyrically, I don't think so, but I don't always catch the little things that some people claim to be Christian lyrics.

Doesn't Tooth & Nail (record company) support Christian bands? Cuz if they do, then they are Christian...but I'm not 100% positive.
