It is very obvious from numerous bible passages that Jesus didn't interpret the above passage as you do and shun certain people.
In fact, many bible passages show that he was enthusiastic about meeting the kind of people that you would not consider good enough to enter your circle.
You certainly seem to be a modern-day Pharisee.
