The hardest time of the month?

Did you find the hardest time each month while ttc is the last week before your period ..... the waiting?

Without a doubt it is one of the hardest...though finding out you are not is pretty hard too.

I'm trying so hard to be patient and not test so as not to waste if AF is just going to come.... *pulling out hair*

That's gonna be me in a week or so.
Although, if my cycle goes back to how it was pre-BCP it won't be so bad. I had 21 day cycles. (My period every third week. Yuck.)

The two or three days of being "late" each time around...until I came to the idea my cycles are 30 days. The false hope of the late days was the worst.

I think mine are naturally longer too.... that makes it even harder, definitely, but its nice when you aren't thinking about babies.

I got a negative test yesterday, but I am on day 32.... going to test again tomorrow morning.... I sure have all the symptoms.... last time I didn't test until I was 5-6 weeks along, so I don't know how early I could have gotten a positive test with David either. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.....

I got a negative test with my pregnancy too, then waited about 6 more days, took another and *voila!* Came back positive within about 3 seconds!

LOL.... you waited 6 days? I don't think I can wait *six* days. I'll do two.... then maybe two more....

The only reason I waited was because I believed what the first pregnancy test said, and just assumed the symptoms I thought I was having weren't real after all. I only took the second test because my period still hadn't shown up five days later and by then I was realising that I wasn't crazy and making up the symptoms...they actually were there and I'd just taken the first test a bit early...

Yes, late. She better not be teasing. If I AM pregnant then I will be due only 6 days behind you, heehee. But who knows? It sure is annoying waiting.... never had to do it before....

I have to agree with you. It is a HARD time of the month. It's even more difficult when I do get my period and think about having to "wait" again next month. Have you been ttc long?

i was five days late last month, after three and a half years of ttc I would have been going crazy if I had not have had a laporoscopy that month and so no intercourse... therefore there was no way I could have been pg! now waiting for this months to show up - she's coming, I know she is.

the hardest thing every month is the feeling that "this is the month, it is going to happen this month" and then AF shows up it is an emotional roller coaster ride that is the hardest for me

The hardest time of the month....just after finding out I am not pregnant.

I am pretty pessimistic towards pregnancy right now...I don't believe I ever will be...blah blah...

So I tell myself all month "I'm not pregnant I'm not pregnant I'm not pregnant!" To make it easier when AF arrives....but for some reason I am still crying as I root around in the bathroom drawer for a tampon...

Anyone else been staring mutinously at your tampon/pad box? :o
