A centaur opened the door and looked at Thomas. "Yes? May I help you?"

Thomas' face went white at the sight of the monsterous Horse man.

Thomas Passed out.

 

[Ellesar]

The centaur gave a command and a couple of aids came and lifted Thomas up. They carried him to an empty room and laid him on the bed.

(Hey everybody I am back. Sorry I have been gone so long. My computer was having problems with this site and would not let me on. Geez Ellesar and Lessien, you guys can carry a story fast. Do you just sit around all day going back and forth on posting? As for you Colabomb, you may join with your character but next time please check with the GM, which happens to be me, before posting a character. Especially a character you are bringing in from the real world which is something I asked to be stopped back in the beginning. I will allow you to use your character but please ask first next time. I will post again soon when I have more free time.)

Thomas woke up in an empty room. He had a bandage on his head and a tray of warm coffee by his bed that must have been sitting for a few minutes.

As he sat droggy for a few moments, he tried to remember what was going on. He felt he should be afraid, but he didn't remember why.

He shot up when he remembered.

He stepped out of bed, and took a better look at his surroundings. He was in a plush room. There were very pretty paintings on the walls and he was on a soft bed. They obviously considered him a guest and not a prisoner.

He touched the bandage on his head and considered the coffee.

Yes, he was a guest. But did he want to be a guest for a bunch of freaky talking animals? (He had not seen any humans at this point.)

The room he was in was too far off the ground to attempt any kind of escape. And he wasn't the athletic type anyway. He would have never made it if he tried.

Well, he thought, might as well try to tlak to these people and figure out what's going on. They do at least seem friendly.

He walked over to the door and peeked out.

"Hello?"

 

[Lessien]

Melinda watched some creatures carry a boy past the dining hall. "What happened?" she asked no one in particular.

 

[Ellesar]

Lucy looked at the aides carrying the boy past. "I have no idea. I'm going to go and check on him. I'll be right back." Lucy started to leave the dining hall, and then turned back and said with a smile, "None of you leave." When she got up to the boy's room, she saw him peeking out. "Hello." Lucy said with a smile. "How are you doing?"

 

[Colabomb]

Lucy looked at the aides carrying the boy past. "I have no idea. I'm going to go and check on him. I'll be right back." Lucy started to leave the dining hall, and then turned back and said with a smile, "None of you leave." When she got up to the boy's room, she saw him peeking out. "Hello." Lucy said with a smile. "How are you doing?"

Thomas was shocked at the sight of a human.

"There are people here?" he said forgetting his manners.

 

[Ellesar]

"Of course there are people here." Lucy said with a smile. "Now...how are you doing?"

 

[Lessien]

Once Lucy left, Melinda looked over at Edmund and Laura with a mischevious smile. "Wonder what would happen if we hid somewhere until she got back..." she said.
"It wouldn't be a good idea," was Edmund's reply.
Melinda rolled her eyes.

 

[Ellesar]

"Why not?" Laura asked, her curiosity getting the better of her reasoning.

 

[Lessien]

"Yeah, why not?" Melinda agreed, looking at Edmund.
"Well, if we all...got lost again, that would just lead to a bigger mess in the end," he said lamely. He would rather just see who it was than play another game of hide-and-seek. If he was hiding, how would he know who it was?

 

[Ellesar]

Laura shrugged and said, "If you say so."

 

[Lessien]

Melinda smiled mischeiviously again, the prankster in her taking over. "Well, I'm hiding whether you say so or not!" With a giggle, she dashed off to another part of the dining hall and hid beneath a table.

 

[Ellesar]

Laura waiting a moment and then looked around, giggling as she saw Melinda crouching beneath a table. "I can still see you Melinda."

 

[Lessien]

Melinda grinned, then slunk off to find a better place to hide. She finally found one, beneath the longest table. It was covered with a tablecloth, and Melinda hid beneath this.

 

[Ellesar]

"I can still see your feet." Laura called, watching where Melinda was hiding.

 

[Lessien]

"Picky, picky, picky," Melinda called, then pulled her knees up to her chin. There. Now no one can see my feet.... "If anyone asks, I'm not here," she called, waiting to see what Lucy's reaction would be. The last time she had done something like this, she had gotten into trouble...But parents were boring. Melinda was sure that other kids her age would be more fun-loving...

 

[Colabomb]

"Of course there are people here." Lucy said with a smile. "Now...how are you doing?"

Thomas Looked at her blankly.

"How am I doing?, A few days ago I woke up next to a rat that could speak. It has gotten stranger since....


"How should I feel.....?"

 

[Ellesar]

"You're in Narnia." Lucy said with a smile. "Things are different here. The animals can talk and they're all really quite friendly. I am Queen Lucy."
