We see large ships disappearing bottom up as they pass over the horizon and no amount of zooming in causes the bottom of the ships to reappear.It's weird what people will believe today, why can't they just come to see whats right in front of their eyes ?
There's none so blind as those who will not see.
We see that the sun and moon stay exactly the same size from when they rise in the East, to when the reach their zenith, to when they set in the West.
We see only the tops of distant skyscrapers are visible from a distance, but as we get closer more and more of the skyscrapers become visible until we are close enough to see them from base to pinnacle.
Using a water level, we see that the horizon drops more below eye level the higher our elevation.
In the night sky in the Southern Hemisphere we see stars that are not visible in the Northern Hemisphere and vice versa. In the Northern Hemisphere we see the stars rotating counter clockwise around the North Celestial Pole whereas in the Southern Hemisphere we see the stars rotating clockwise around the South Celestial Pole.
We have surveyed the entirety of the continent of Antarctica, having crossed the continent multiple times in the last century.
We have travelled to the moon and back multiple times and placed thousands of satellites in orbit around the earth.
So @Apple Sky , your words are true but only in as far as they relate to you and your ilk.
