CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

no the parks like kelvin grove or the botanic gardens, all round there, you can just spend the whole afternoon walking around away from the hustle and bustle and traffic, its so beautiful and serene

the thing that annoys me is you can go in any clothes shop in the centre of glasgow and you see the same attire over and over, they all sell the same stuff, none of which id like to wear

i dropped biology in the 3rd year after they started disection which i disagreed with, the head master called my parents in saying i had to do at least one science for gcse as id already dropped the other two, my parents told the head that if i dint want to do biology then i shouldnt be made to, hence me only having 8 gcses compared to everyone elses 9 !

Anybody else doing the Women's 10K on Sunday? This will be my second time, and I'm just amazed that I've gotten through my training with no injuries, so I'm psyched for it
