  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

LOL So was I.

Well actually I was Camping from Saturday until today :p and the weather was fantastic up until 5am this morning when it absolutely poured and soaked my tent :mad:

Managed to dry it out though before I took it down :D

we went camping one time near ben nevis, it was fun !

we were staying in a campsite and making too much noise so the night watchman came round and told us to be quiet all we heard was this voice from outside the tent and our tent had a little window bit near the top of it so we were cracking up trying to see him through it :D

'i can hear him hes still there !'

lol!!! we got told to shut up alot when we were on site... mostly by our Scout Leader who made us pack up our kit then moved 3 people!!! 3!!! out of 10!!! grrr!!! then the guy on duty came to us one night and told us that we had to shut it... even tho the Maltese people on site who had JUST gone to bed had made all the noise... just caus we were still outside.... lol! :D
