The year is 2073, Daniel sits outside an old cabin in the woods, keeping watch. Inside he can hear his friends using an old fashioned printing press to slowly print bibles. He thought back to how it got this bad. It all started with an Anti-Hate Speech treaty signed at the UN in 2031. After that no one could really preach the gospel. But as long as we met in small exclusive groups it didn't interfere. Than another Anti-Hate Speech treaty was signed, this time it restricted print. Soon they had internet police, and all of the bible publishers were shut down. After the founding of the Congress of Nations, or the CoN, in 2047 things only got worse. Crosses were banned from display because they might offend people.
In 2056 the United States was dissolved and all the states had to answer to the CoN. They now use C130s with thermal imaging to watch for any groups larger than ten meeting together. It isn't uncommon for the National Internet Police Force, or NIPF, to hack into web cams to spy on suspected Christians, or "haters". Thankfully, only three of them were out at the cabin that night, and they all had a Nature Enthusiast License, which allowed them to go out into the forest.
