Okay so I was thinking about restarting the Followers if any one was interested. If so I'm thinking about editing the plot line a bit. But we'll see. Any ways....Heres the origanal idea:
A battle is being waged at this very moment, not for changing boundaries, political purposes or even religious righteousness. This battle cannot be seen with your natural eyes for it is being fought by supernatural forces in a supernatural realm, and they vie for your eternal soul. Guardian Angels and Demons fight over us constantly, some humans see it, others don't. Do you see it? Do you want to?
One girl sees, she sees angels and demons fighting over people all the time. Even herself. At one time (-----) considered herself a Christian, until she felt God let her down. Though she drifted away from God, (----) still saw the angels and demons fighting. Now, as the world becomes more and more chaotic, frightened and deceived people are turning to the demons for power in these perilous times. (----) sees these people everywhere as they try to take over the world and turn more and more people away from God.
This spiritual crisis created another battle, within (---)'s own heart. As the world questioned meaningless issues, like wealth and power, (----) questioned her faith and she found herself turning more and more to God for help, and to the Bible for a course of action. (----) started going back to church and has now grown closer to God than she ever was before, which has had a startling effect on her unique vision. (----) no longer sees the supernatural fighting as much as she had in the past.
Have the angels and demons stopped, or has she started to lose her gift? What she has learned from the Bible tells her the battle will rage on until Jesus returns. Perhaps, (----) surmises, God has given her another, more powerful gift, the gift of discerment. More and more she sees with her heart rather than her eyes. (----) realizes that she knows things about people, almost like she's being given a supernatural glimpse into their lives. A glimpse that will allow her to empathize with people as she works to win them to the Lord's side. As the unique vision she once held fades (----) knows the supernatural fighting worsens, but now God has given her a new weapon with which to fight against the enemy, and she is determined to use it for His glory. And maybe a little extra...help.
I was thinking about maybe.....Changing it a bit. Adding a bit of...magics/gifts. A few select humans are able to fight the demons hand to hand. Like....umm well I may have to edit a lot for that...Maybe not. I'll check back tomorrow.
