I've read as much of your hot-pink colored writing in this thread that I could stand (why you choose that color is beyond me). I found it very hard to find any "love" in your posts. Really. You haven't changed at all. Your unsual M.O. here is to insult, belittle, judge, and call people you don't even know frauds and liars (especially if they are scientists)... then you claim to speak out of "love." Now that is hilarious!

It's God's love. Read the bible. You'll see it's quite different that human love.

Human love = intimate contact, selfless acts, impaired judgment.

God love = Plagues, global drowning, raining brimstone, Job

These are accusations that are not true. Who did I call a liar? Yes, there are people who have posted that I did that but who did I call a liar? You are just keeping the whole false accusation going by repeating what someone else has said. Show me where I called someone a liar. It's not fair that you would say that when I didn't do that. I don't know how to explain it any other way. It is obvious to me that people who think differently from me must have interpreted what I said in the light of how THEY think. I tried to explain I was NOT saying it that way I was speaking in love and you attack me... because I write in pink??? I find that very unfair split rock!! Now I might add IF you find a post where "I" was defending myself from someone else calling me a liar, saying that what they said was not true about me. I don't think that would be fair to say I was calling them a liar. I have defended myself against lies but I didn't call anyone a liar.

To tell the truth, your font colour is a problem for me to read, it hurts my eyes, i often just kind of skim over what you write for that reason.

I think several of us would appreciate it as a favour if you would change it to something else!

Basically, when George Lucas updated Star Wars, he made a change to the order of shots fired in the cantina, from Han shooting first to Greedo shooting first. This change was seen as not insignificant by the fanboys and created a huge controversy. All over a known fictional event that everyone agrees never happened.

To answer your question, sure. Do you know what happens to scientists who get caught misrepresenting data? Their carreers are ruined. Do you know what happens to a "creation scientist" when they get caught lying or misrepresenting data (usually some one else's in this case)? They are hailed as great Christians and their lies are propagated by "Creation Ministries" all over the internet.

Would you say that lying or misrepresenting the data is common among evolutioary biologists or paleontologists?

As to creation scientists lying, that was NOT what we were discussing. We were discussing YOUR accusation of me that I was LYING (which I do not do) AND that I was not speaking the truth in love (which I do do). I suggest to you Split Rock that it is not so much the Christians lying but rather you atheists lying (or at best misrepresenting without knowing) and twisting what we say. I have experienced that on many occasions.


As to the what happens to creation scientists that get caught lying and get hailed as great Christians that is another accusation and a bit melodramatic and I would suspect from my experience with you guys a GREAT twisting of what actually happens.
