I chose potatoes. Mashed, boiled, baked or roasted - I like them all

I've never had a pet dog or cat but the next door neighbour's cat, George used to come round all the time. Most cats seem rather unfriendly and snobby but this cat was absolutely lovely, he refused to eat his food until he'd been given a hug and had such an expressive face and liked being around people. Normally though I prefer dogs - George was the exception.

I'm more of a cat person. We have a dog right now and he demands so much attention. I prefer an independent and lazy-in-the-sunshine cat.

Cats aren't evil! They just aren't dogs. People who expect cats to be little dogs are irksome.

(totally off topic - I hear Josh in the bathtub blowing raspberries (aka fart noises)...our cat's in there with him, poor thing lol)

Dogs are obedient, they love you cause they're a dog and you're a human, and that's just what dogs do. Cats are more like people. They love you if you're good to them, but they love on their own terms.

Dogs FTW!!! Although I have had two kittens that I loved to pieces. I'm just more of a dog person. I'm not big on fur shedding everywhere and having had a dog that liked to eat the poop out of cat litter .... yeah, as long as I have a dog/dogs I will not own cats.

Im definitely a dog person. I do like cats, I really do but theres ever only been one cat thats been fond of me. When I was little my great grandma had a cat, named Sunny Boy, and he was black and white. Cutest cat ever. He loved me! So now when I met my brother's cat who looked like a mini version of Sunny Boy I was thrilled.. But that cat doesnt like me. lol He tackles me every chance gets. Litterally, stalks on the back of the couch then when you least expect it you''re getting your hair teased by cat claws.

So definitely a dog person. Although I've had some weird experiences with my own dogs. lol

I had to vote potato because I can't choose... I love dogs but my dad never wanted to get me one and since I'm living in a one-room apartment, I doubt it's going to happen any time soon LOL. But I would want one some day! My parents have cats and I have one too, they're all adorable and cool and easy to get along with. All I hate about them is the hair - I think I'll need to have someone clean my house like at least twice a week when I'm old and rich and have more space and pets.

I'm a dog dude. Love dogs so much. I was dog sitting for my folks last week. They have two shih-tzus, that are brothers from the same litter. Those guys are hilarious and I already miss them.
