That's true, the bible says that the devil goes about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). But prayer is not the Christian's only defense. Ephesians 6 describes the Christian's armour. It includes truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God (The Bible). And how do you know that God does not listen to your praying? If you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour, you can bve sure that He always hears you. His answer may be yes, no or wait. Keep trusting Him and His word the bible.

Do you have sin in your life, un repented un confessed sin. Then that's the way to go

Through all the bible he's talking about repent and draw near and get clean.
I would ask him to remove anything that stands in the way. And repent for anything and make sure I had nothing I'm doing that i shouldn't
Then I would fill myself with the word and pray a lot
But it's normal to have dry periods. It doesn't mean he's not there. He is. He said I will never leave you or forsake you

Jame 4:7-8. Draw close to God and He will draw close to you and the enemy will flee! PTL! How does one draw close to God? Be a PRO Christian, Pray, Read, and Obey.
