The Eagle

Since finding this forum I remembered a poem I was taught at school many years ago.

' He clasps the crag with crooked hands
Close to the sun in lonely lands
ringed with the azure world he stands
The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls
He watches from his mountain walls
and like a thunderbolt he falls'

Does anyone know this poem if so whats missing

Don't know it but the poem is quite descriptive of the eagle.
