I was just wondering what your opinions were on dinosaurs.. since it seems to be the "perfect retort" for every Atheist or Agnostic out there.

I don't think it has much to do with one's atheism or agnosticism, it's just the facts on what we know about dinos. The Bible doesn't mention anything about them, but from evidence of the fossil record we can conclude they could not have co - existed with man, so that means they must have been roaming around prior to the Fall if anything.I was just wondering what your opinions were on dinosaurs.. since it seems to be the "perfect retort" for every Atheist or Agnostic out there.
I think they're neat. My favorite is the brontosaurus.
As far as the age of the dinosaurs, well, we do actually have bones from dinosaurs and bone matter is organic and given enough time will break up. There is supporting evidence that within a hundred years a human body would decompose to nothing but dust, if left to the elements. How is it that we have actual dinosaur bones that are supposedly millions or billions of years old? Now, I don't mean to confuse this with petrified material, but just a dinosaur that laid down and died in the woods laying on top of the soil to decompose under the elements.
Well, guess what? The catastrophic flood of some 5,000 years ago would give us some explanation as to how they have remained this long. Instead of the creatures dying on top of the soil and decomposing in a normal fashion, many may have been buried under tons of sediment. HMMMMMM.
I am just really glad that the T-rex is not roaming around the earth today. I think that guy could eat me in one byte.
Didn't the brontosaurus get scrapped?
Hi all,
I'm assured the dinosaurs lived with man. Most of them were not carnivores and therefore wouldn't have been any threat to man. It also isn't like the earth was absolutely covered over with the meat eating ones. If we base our logic on just the fact that the dinosaurs would have been dangerous to man, then we have to wonder why the rattlesnake and shark and alligator are able to live with man today. Lions roam wild and yet people live within a few miles of their territory. Rattlesnakes and other highly poisonous snakes are all over the world and yet, for the most part, we all get along with them around. Similarly, the earth is large enough that there could have been thousands of carnivorous dinos and yet we would have been able to live among them. It is thought that, much like the blue whale, the population of the larger and some more dangerous dinos were relatively few in number. Just take a guess how many poisonous snakes, alligators, lions, sharks, even black widow spiders and other animals deadly to man roam about the earth today. How is it that we are able to live among them without all of us getting killed?

What if I told you that the Bible mentions a global disaster that took place prior to Noah's flood and even Adam's existence?! Well, it does! This first global disaster could be possibly when not only the dinosaurs became extinct but when Pangea divided. This discovery is part of a code, watch the video at the bottom of this webpage:
