The Different Forms of Speaking In Tounges

I know this topic and many like it have been addressed time and time again but I've been really studing this alot recently and really feel like God is leading me here to find some anwers. Well I am filled with the Spirit and speak in tounges. I just want to see a summary and some scripture to back it up, etc. to the theory that their is more than one use/form of speaking in tounges. I know some believe their is only one gift of speaking in tounges and that is it, and others believe that their is the filling of the spirit speaking in tounges, and the gift of tounges. Like I said I speak in tounges and do not doubt that it is real and put my faith in God that what I say/pray is real, so I just want to find out where others stand on this matter.

There are two types. One is used for edifying yourself, one is used for edifying the church. The second requires a max of three people who will give a word, then it needs to be interpreted. But the first part of the thread on all questions answered covers this pretty well.

1. There is the "new tongues" that Jesus said all who believe can speak in.
2. The is the "diversities of tongues" which only those who possess this gift can speak in.

1 cor. 13-1 "tongues" is plural. Men and of angels both plural.
