Devil And The Big If
Someone may wonder why I talk so much about the devil. There is more than one reason that I talk about Satan and his evil spirits.
1. Main reason that is where the war is with the redeemed every day.

2. Some of God children are unaware of the power and influence Satan evil spirit has over their mind.
3. Some are not taking serious the power that Satan has today. They just skim over the scriptures that warn us of his demonic power like it does not exist.
We look at the flesh and we see evil when we see some of the dictators doing evil things to his own people. Then we say the devil must control him to do such evil.
We wait till we see a serial killer as we have had many in USA, then we say he was full of the devil.
Understand this, Hitler did not start off as evil as he was. Hitler was once a little baby, then a small child and all the while Satan was working in his mind deceiving him and leading him to be as cruel as he was.
The devil's power is in attacking the mind getting people to believe his lies. Gaining power over what they think until their action is manifested in the flesh, then we see the reality of evil spirit's actions. However, what most see is the human being and not the real enemy which is Satan and his evil spirits, which the bible warns about from Genesis to Revelation.
Remember, scripture saying, Satan is the god of this world and blinds the minds of unbelievers. That is why atheists say there is no God. Satan has blinded their mind to point to where they will even say there is no Satan. That is what Satan is telling them to say, and the atheist does not even realize it. Praise the Lord some atheist does see the light and get saved.
Psalms 44:22 Yea, for thy sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.
We as God children born again believers who have received Jesus into our hearts, we war against the devils every day in our minds and the way we think.
Psalms 44:22 Says we are accounted as sheep for slaughter.
The apostle Paul quotes the scripture in Rom 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Because we belong to Jesus, Satan will attack us, and we are like sheep for slaughter. The scripture says we are killed every day. Obviously he is not talking about the flesh because we are still walking around, are we not?

Satan attack Jesus with the big if: If thou be the Son of God.
If the devil attacks Jesus, he will also attack us. That is why we watch and pray be on alert for the attacks of the devil. We understand where those attacks are coming from and who it is that's doing it.
We can walk this day and every day victorious over every fiery dart he throws at us rejoicing as we go, when we realize where the attacks come from.
Satan uses the big if on the regular basis with all us. You know the big if that the devil speaks to your mind with. One of the If he uses with people is the following.
If you were really a child of God, you should be able do this and that, you know what it is.
Satan number one tactic is to make you doubt you are a child of God.
If the devil tempted Jesus saying if thou be the Son of God command that these stones be made bread. Jesus of course did not yield to the temptation of the devil. He defeated him with the word of God.
Jesus said follow me, we need to take serious what Jesus said. He is our greatest example to follow. Watch and pray Jesus said.
We will be wise to take heed to what Jesus said. We will be wise to take heed to what the Apostle Paul said, when he said renew the mind.
We need to see like Jesus. Look beyond the flesh and see the evil spirits that work in the mind before it is ever manifested in the body.
