Yes, that was rather pointless.

Whatever we are born with, it's more like an extension of our basic morality, which has evolved into a double headed beast. Too much of one = 9/11 too much of the other = mind numbing cruelty etc. etc. :

Maybe not intentionally, but yes. There are some atheists who claim that "gods do not exist." *Most* atheists I know around here are in the group that says "I lack belief in gods." There is a subtle, but very important difference between the two statements.

And babies, btw, if you could ask them would say "I lack belief in gods."
