Has anyone heard of The David Crowder Band? I just recently found out about them. They're a really good band! And I might get to see them in concert this summer.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah they are a pretty good band. 
I dunno how much I would want to see them in concert though.

I saw them last summer with MercyMe and Michael W Smith, AWESOME Concert. I really dig their music.

Yeah they opened for Kutless and Audio A at a concert I went to in Georgia. I personally thought they were terrible and that mabey I should go get a pillow so I could take a nap.

Ive seen them in concert about 3 times i kinda forgot. I really enjoy them. they music style is different than many "christian" bands.
They are boring, dull, don't rock.

How are they dull? I've listened to the cd that I got of them about 10 times since I got it last Saturday and I've not been bored one bit. They have a good edge to their music that I like.yooperboy said:

They are supposedly boring because they aren't hard rock...I really get sick of people coming into threads like this and saying "I don't like (certain band)"....if you don't like them don't post! I want to see them in concert I have heard great things...

I saw then in concert and thought they were the best show I have ever seen. The audiance was a sea of moshing people on the fast songs and everyone was hands up praising on the slow songs. It was a top ten spirit-filled moment in my life. I can't imagine calling them boring.... YMMV.
