CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I would be dubious. Science and theology give parallel accounts of the universe, but, when you try to intermix them, the result is generally neither science nor theology, but some new age claptrap.
The person in the video doesn't seem to have got there yet, but he is skating on thin ice.

Classical Christology, at least as it developed in the West, said that Christ had an actual human existence with distinct human will and actions. At least in the West, theologians said that nothing was missing from this nature that makes up a human person. The only reason it wasn't a person is that he wasn't "complete," i.e. it was united to the Logos and had no existence independent of the Logos. When most people speak of Jesus, they're thinking of that human existence.
So in classical terms, this is the distinction between the human nature and Christ "as a whole."
