hey everyone, Since this is the college forum I thought I'd put in a plug-in for a ministry that really has rocked my world. 
I went to a program called Expedition Point out of Church for All Nations in Tacoma, Washington. This is a three-week discipleship, leadership training, and intensive prayer focused program for junior high and high school students. The trip I took absolutely changed my life!! Anyways... the same people have a ministry for college age students.
The ministry: The Core
The vision: "Releasing Sons and Daughters onto the Stage of History"
WHOOO WhOO!!
The "FIRST YEAR" is a 9-month discipleship. You travel, minister to many groups of people, as well as have the opportunity to be plugged into different service minitries at the chruch and even take college classes through Faith Seminary. The SECOND YEAR is a full year of basically the same stuff as the first year, but with different concentration in the college classes and ministry training. You can go on to be a THIRD YEAR student and even a FOURTH YEAR student- which is usually a paid staff position at the church.
This ministry is sooo amazing because through the four years you will have literally hundreds of hours in prayer and ministry, coupled with a bachelors in Theology. During this time you also have the opportunity to have a part-time job if you so choose. There is TONS of personal ministry involved- you being discipled and prayed for one-on-one as well as you discipling others.
