Hello, how is everyone doing. Please pray for my father he just had surgeys on Sept 7th. For good recovery. He had a torn ligament in his shoulder and a born spur in his foot. He had been in pain for 2 years and didn't know it.

Where is everyone? This place is waaaay too quiet! But then again, I know, Salvationists have a life! A real meaningful one too! So praise the Lord for that! But still, some people are missed....

I'm very thankful that Sally Ann is always available to rescue people in distress such as we knew in January and such as we know now.

Hi Gemmald and Abiel. Poked my head in to see if anyone was around and saw you two, amongst others...Hi to everyone else as well! Hope this post finds everyone well and that the_baby's father is on the road to recovery. Sounds like it would have been very painful!
I have been busy so haven't popped in too much. My hubby is now an enrolled soldier and it is wonderful that he decided to make that commitment to the Army. The only thing is that now I have an extra white shirt and collar to iron for each Sunday! [I loathe ironing! ]
Anyway, must leave off for now as I have to get my daugter off to a Drs. appointment. I got the msg Abiel from Chris Bot...thankyou.

My daughter is happy because tonight is the first night our Corps is having a Youth service. She's been helping along with the rest of the Youth to get it up and running. Please pray that it will go well and that the local kids will eventually want to come in and see what's going on.

When I was on the other forum site, I had the World Clock in my favourites so I could keep track of what time it was in my posting buddy's countries/ counties/states. I should resurrect it back to the favourites again. I can't remember how far behind Oz the UK is. I once knew when I used to ring some Genealogy contacts in Devon, but now we just use E-mail.
Coffee and toast are ready so I had better get a move on or I will be late to get my daughter to school and me to BSF.
