Alright.

I've got another question, but I'm afraid to ask it becuase I think it could be blasphemy...if you don't intend it that way, is it?
Not at all. Everyone has questions, there isn't anything wrong with them :)

Alright...

Isn't it possible that what we believe is the "satan" of another religion tricking us into rejecting the true God? I mean, almost all religions (I think), damn those who do not believe what they believe. We're basically making a lucky guess. I'm not sure becuase I don't have the Holy Spirit yet.

Bah! Me, look? No way, I just go on forums and have really smart people do it for me =P

Anyway, last questions:

I heard that if you are not of God, then heaven would be worst then hell.....like, only certain people would enjoy Heaven, and the rest would be "spared" and go to hell.

Also, when its said few will make it to heaven, does that mean few out of those who believe they are Christian? (Believe Jesus died for them, etc). For example, someone who believed and accepted Christ as thier Lord and Savior, but didn't do the will of God?

Spared and Go to Hell?

Well one would have to admit that Eternal Punishment of the Damned is a way to avoid the Grace and Salvation of Heaven, but, I do not know how anyone could come to the idea that it would in any way be a done as a reward is beyond me. Regardless, there a lot of different theologies out there, and if someone whishes the punishments of Hell as opposed to the contentment of Heaven, I guess that is their right.

Also, when its said few will make it to heaven, does that mean few out of those who believe they are Christian? (Believe Jesus died for them, etc). For example, someone who believed and accepted Christ as thier Lord and Savior, but didn't do the will of God?

No. What this means is that few truly have accepted that Christ is there Lord and Savor. Just because you “say” you are a Christian, does not in fact make you one.

I could say I am a millionaire, this does not suddenly imbue me with wealth and power, simply because I “Say” it is so.

The simple fact is, that “Few” is “Not enough” and in Gods eyes, “Not enough” is “Not everyone” but this is because “Not everyone” will accept the grace and salvation that Christ offers us because they are one quest and pursuit of other means and other ends. For God so wishes it that none should perish.(2 Peter 3.9)

Also I might add, if you truly have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, you will desire to do his will, and will seek to walk in his ways, You can not truly submit yourself to God and not desire to do his good works, and follow the path that has been laid before you.

It really is that simple.

God Bless.

Well, I want to accept him as Lord and Savior, but I don't know how. I guess I'm not praying enough

It’s quite easy really, and I would have to say, it’s not how much you pray, but what you pray for and why you pray that is the most important part.

I works like this (Use your own words)

Accept you have Sinned

Accept that you can never “Undo” a sin.

Know that the Wages of Sin is death (Punishment of Sin is Death) (Romans 6.22)

Then, Look to Jesus and Say “Forgive me, I place my life, My soul and my body in your loving guiding hands”

After that, you should feel a desire to read the bible as an instruction Book (Start with the New testament)

Then, just live your like and know you were bought at a Price, a price Jesus paid on the Cross for you.

You are a child of God, and belong to no one But God, for your soul was bought from the hand of death by which you entered when you sinned, for a price, and a price Jesus paid willingly so that you may know life and know it to the full.

That is the where the Beginning of your walk, or the start of your Re-Birth comes, it is not an end, it is a new beginning.

You can make that Walk as Hard or as Simple as you like, but remember, it is YOUR walk with Jesus not anyone else, do not be lead astray by what others say, to require that you “Must do this and that to be saved” for you are saved, saved by the only one that can save you, by doing the only thing that could be done to save you. And now you will show him how much this meant to you, and you will stand to the world as a witness that when others look upon your works and your actions they will see your Lord and Savor, and know to whom you belong, and that the price was paid for your soul.

God Bless

Vigil.

Yes, I have repented- every time I do something that hurts somoene else I feel bad and ask for forgiveness, if not immediately, I will pray generically, "for anything that I've ever done". I'm almost positive I've been baptised, and If I haven't, then it will happen.
You need to stop worrying so much and understand that Jesus has paid it all. You are going to sin. Jesus knew that. In fact the Bible says that He showed His great love for us in that while we were still sinners, He died for us. Once you accepted His love and salvation, he washed you clean from every sin you ever have done or ever will do. That is not to say you should willingly sin but that you will make mistakes. We are still in the flesh. Baptism does not save though it is a vital part of our obedience. Go be baptized. It is a wonderful experience and shows others your faith in Jesus. Really though, I cant imagine anyone who is saved more then someone who so desperately wants it and believes in Jesus as the author of that salvation. Rest in Him. Thank Him for the fact that He has already saved you and ask Him to help you move forward in the life He now wants for you.

Yeah, but people who do the act have the attitude, right? I dunno..just worried.

If we lose our salvation can we get it back? Jesus is very forgiving, right?

So to be safe, if on my deathbed, I truly pray and repent, I'll be okay?
You CANNOT lose your salvation. Jesus is the only one who can give it and therefore you can not make it go away. Jesus said that of all the ones God had given Him, he has lost not one. You are in Jesus' grip and there is not a power on earth or in heaven that can loose that grip. Rest in the assurance of eternal security. The Bible says that those who place their faith in Jesus "have eternal life." Now, the word there is HAVE. Not are going to get or might find. HAVE! That is a word of current posession. The other word is ETERNAL. If you then, by the Word of the One who cannot lie, HAVE ETERNAL life, it is in your posession and lasting forever. Eternal cannot end and since you HAVE it now, you will have it tomorrow and forever. Jesus is here to give us rest. The enemy knows though that if he can ruin your walk, you will be of no use to the spreading of the message and winning souls to God. Dont let him fool you. You are saved forever.
