I do not ask why something is - I enjoy asking questions about anything to see if there is anything that I (or others) have missed previously

As the quote mentioned previous - I do not know what you are getting at. But, I'll add this! The "mould" referred to is from Lev 13:47-59 & 14:33-57. I mentioned this as if we are to take the Bible fully as literal and / or to still be applicab;e today we must also obey these silly laws. I AM a believer and do lots of reading and study and really enjoy the Greek and trying to learn Hebrew to get at what the writers were saying! ALL Christians should do this as it strengthens their understandings of the Scriptures! Terms like "born again" etc are man made labels put on others for reasons of power and putting down of those who disagree with the person labelling them. This is not Biblical and is against what Jesus taught in every way.

I have great respect for the Scriptures, but they are not God. They may be inspired by God, but they were written down by human beings, and human beings are fallible (IMO).

Obviously I do not agree with a Fundamentalist view on the Bible, but I acknowledge that Fundamentalists love Christ as well and are honestly seeking to serve Him. It seems that respect does not flow both ways...

Yes I did my Greek and Hebrew studys in dept for a long time and then The Holy Spirit said I'll tell you what it's saying. In a sense, get your face out of those book (definition of words of Greek and of Hebrew which I many books that were a friend of mine while I was living there when I lost it all, even my son who was kidnapped by his father--anyway) get your face out of those books and ASK ME! Well, God's Spirit was right, He WAS THE ONE who inspired those Holy men to inscribe (if you will) the Pattern of Christ on paper.

Don't you know that if you Have Christ in your life through His Spirit that Isaiah's "Walls of Salvation" are in you now, and it is Christ was The Father raised from the dead, that you might also be raised out of dead works?
About the Law: The Law is Spiritual your flesh in it's works will never be able to keep the Law----BUT in Star Wars Obi-Wan said, when Luke as flying away from his initial training, "He was our last hope." But Yoda answered back, "NO, THERE IS ANOTHER"......so actually Christ in you/Christ in us is Establishing the Law in your heart right now---THERE IS ANOTHER who is keeping the LAW in you RIGHT NOW, if you are led by The Spirit of Christ to the putting to death the deeds of your flesh:

So your talking about Leprosy?
If you are there is a Spiritual Leprosy that is still in us, by Faith it's gone, but The Spirit of Christ will show us how His Death took care of it.....but walking us through His Death in Sanctification of His Spirit. The Law is Spiritual. And where is our spirit it's inside of us, so what is God talking about, Really, our lives on the inside of us that has expression of what's inside out.
In other words: When you are angry inside, you walk out to your car and you see your neighbor out of the corner of your eye but because you are angry inside (thinking others made you mad) you tell yourself I'm not going to smile and say Hi cause so and so made me mad. So, anger inside causes us outwardly to make Justifications. This is Spiritual Leprosy, we are numb to our neighbors, our feelings (our nerve endings) towards others and ourselves are cut off. When we get like this, it's Actually a Judgment from God. For, when we don't follow Him He told Israel that He'll cut them off. So, we are getting a hint to how God really is. He HOLY....and chastises those He loves, though they rebel against Him. So, when we don't follow Him by The Spirit of Christ, He will cut us off and thus a curse comes upon us. It's the Old story of Adam and Eve.
When we obey we have all right to Eat Life and Blessing from God.
When we disobey we have no right but to receive God's Curses.
So, this is LITERAL STUFF, my friend?
Your heart is real.
Your neighbor is real.
And God who is taken accounts is real, blessing those who are unjust but by no means leaving the guilt unpunished!
