Do you think oral and anal sex are ok in the confines of marriage? The scripture says when you are married the bed is Undefiled. Does that mean anything between you and spouse if you both consent?

As long as everybody involved is of legal age and able to clearly consent without impairment, what goes on in your bed is your business.

Both are not expressions of love, but eroticism in an unnatural way.
One person gets erotic pleasure at the expense of the one giving it.

Such acts are not part of God's design and immoral, regardless of how
and where they take place.

I don't think God is so concerned about particulars, but rather, the heart of the act. "Regular" sex can be seen as a form of eroticism if it involves doing it out of the selfish desire to gratify one's own craving. It should also never be done without the other people feeling okay about it. It should engender the intimacy between the two partners.

No I do not. I know a woman who had throat cancer twice and could have died both times. It was pretty radical what the doctor had to do to save her life. She is still alive today to enjoy her many grandchildren, but she paid a high price for that. HPV is a leading cause of this type of cancer.

I realize that sex outside marriage is much more filthy, diseased, and disgusting. But the reality is that not everyone is a virgin when they get married so diseases are brought into the marriage.

I know a pastor who said that. His wife died from rectal cancer because she said she would rather die and go to Heaven than have to eliminate into a bag for the rest of her life. He lived to be 100 though, but he always missed his wife and he never did get married again. There were times in the middle of a sermon when he would just drift off and start talking about her and what a wonderful person she was and how active she was in the church and in the choir.

It's nobody's business except God's and the couple.
That being said, we are called to live moral lives and
we must follow God's commandments and not make
up our own commandments.

Anal sex is not only against nature, but also filthy and unhealthy.
