I don't think it's meant to be for entertainment purposes. Check out the website. It's www.thebeastmovie.com I apologize, in advance, if I'm not supposed to give this out. It's a public site, though. If anyone checks it out...please, let me know what you think.princess_ballet said:If this movie was made about Islam would we care?
I'm trying to debate, I'm just curious. Is this a movie for entertainment or does it have an agenda. I think that's what we need to look at.
That's was my first thought, as well, in regards to The Passion.Dak man said:The trailer doesn't really give anything away about it. I just view this as backlash from The Passion.
As a christian, too, I know it's fiction. It just amazes me how far people will go for the almighty buck. It's obvious (to me atleast) that this is a work of fiction (non-documentary style) because of the release date alone.
Plato has left behind paintings. Jesus has left behind 3rd hand accounts written 30-50 years after his death. In other words, I dont really agree with your conclusion.forgivensinner001 said:Lord have mercy.

It's funny but at the same time very sad that some people believe Jesus didn't exist. There is more evidence for the historicity of Jesus Christ than for Plato, Socrates, etc. yet people don't want to believe He exists because that might mean that they are responsible for what they do with that knowledge.
Really? And how do you know Plato painted them? Maybe they were painted by someone 30-50 years after Plato was supposed to have lived and attributed to him for whatever reason people do things like that.armed2010 said:Plato has left behind paintings.
