The Book of Enoch is pseudopigraphal, i.e., not inspired by God and self-attributed to authors who did not write them. However, Jude, one of the half-brothers of Jesus to write an epistle which was inspired, credits at least part of the Book of Enoch as truthful and of value, in its account of the archangel Michael's contending with Satan over Moses' body. That doesn't mean the whole book has any value beyond that account. The Book of Enoch is not for all but it accounts on what the evil ex-guardian angels did to the sons of men does some to be spot on in Genesis Chapter 6.
Men of large stature. Nothing more. The Anakim were part of Canaan's tribes and were large men, large enough to frighten 10 of the 12 spies that went into the land to check it out. Nothing strange or "other-worldly" about big men. We still have big men in the world today. Look at the Zulus. Hardly any man among them under 6-10 and several at or over 7-6.Perhaps. Perhaps not.
Were do giants come from in the bible?
