Third Eye, we have been over this a bunch of times, and this is the way everyone decided was best. This tourney has different genres in it, so its inevitable that some band matchups will be not in the same genre. But since this is not a genre-specific tournament, it has to happen, there is no way around it.Third Eye said:Why are you pitting two bands that are completly different genres against each other?![]()
That view has surfaced in the last few years, they are just getting their just due....nicodemus said:Many people consider "Pet Sounds" to be one of the greatest albums ever released, I don't see how that makes them underrated.

Radiohead and and more specifically OK Computer was a defining moment in 90s music, just look at how many bands we can see have been strongly influenced by their sound (Coldplay, Muse to name but two). And longevity is not neccessarily a mark of a defining band, Satus Quo have been around since Noah!oldrooster said:Many British bands are that way, they are the early clue to the new direction. But inevitably never live up to the hype. I have seen it from the 70s starting with T-Rex on. Much hype little longevity. In 20 years if they are still around I will give you a bow.![]()
