The Bard's Tale (with WoW rant)

Anyone played this? I picked it up today along with WoW and while the Blizzard Downloader (absurdly stupid torrent based poj) is clunking through a 45 minute download of 19megs of patch, I popped TBT in and it is hilarious.

I mean when you load a save game and the pompous sounding narrator asks, "Hmm, where were we? Ah, yes, the Bard was making an **** of himself..." ROFL The game mechanics are pretty cool too and it's nice to play a game that plays well but doesn't take itself too seriously. Great comic relief. And considering I picked it up used at Gamestop for $24.99, I'm very happy with it.

Well hello the lead Voice is done by Cary Elwes(The Princess Bride along with many other great characters in movies over the years) as soon as I heard he was doing the voice work for the game I told myself I was going to have to pick it up.(haven't done it yet with all the Christmas stuff but I shall get it yet.)

I got the original Bards Tale in this 10th interplay aniversery set my uncle gave me. That and Taz Times. Anyone ever play that one? It was actually quite fun. ("Eat the cold pizza"!)
