Welcome to the Cyber Corps bandroom.

Sorry it's a bit untidy at the moment, but you know what it's like when you just moved in somewhere.:D

We've got a bit of a problem though that I hope you all might be able to help with. There are loads of different instruments for the band from cornets down to E flat bass.

What we don't seem to have are any bandsmen and women. Nor do we appear to have any music.:help:

This is where you all come in. We need volunteers for the band. So anyone who can play any of the instruments, please post and let us know. I doesn't matter if you are not too good yet either. This is cyber space. By the time we've finished remastering it all, we'll sound like the International Staff Band.:D :D

And can you also post and tell us what your favouite band music is, so we can start to build up a collection.

No band practice as yet. We'll wait until someone sets up a Cyber Songsters and co ordinate the two.;)

I've gotta say I'm with chaplianjared on that one - I'm afraid all I'm usefull for is clapping my hands!

Well that's great. If you can clap, that means you can keep the beat, so you two can be the percussion section.

And with two tenor horns, trombone, euph and/or bass, all we need are a couple of cornets and we're in business.

Hallelujah!!

Ummmm....thats nearly a thousand tunes (and that's just the basic tune books), could take a while. We could always try the flugal horn music and see how it sounds on the french horn. I have a feeling it could sould OK.

Still no cornet players?

Sasch

Havn't got a timpani I'm afraid, but I do have the cyber corps bass drum, which has a similer principle, so I'll pencil you in for that.

This is the International Staff Band, probably one of the finest bands in the world. At one time, none of these people knew how to play an instrument. Get the idea....?

Welcome to the cornet section.
