CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I know exactly what you mean, I am more of a Bachelorette fan too. My boyfriend is here watching the show with me! You are right about the girls being snotty hehe.

I hope that I never have to resort to being on one of those shows. I would like to be on TV and experience new things, but this is serious and looking for a life partner, I just would never do that myself.
You are right about them going to great lengths for a rose. I wonder how many are on the show just to get famous or be seen on TV, and how many actually are there to get married. They never knew who the Bachelor was until they got there.

I taped the Bachelor the other night but have not had the time to watch it... I perfer the Bachlorette too, the only Bachelor I really got into and was addicted to was Bob and could you blame me, he was cute!! Even though he was a major player on the show.
I was rather disappointed on how the whole Jen thing ended up, just wonder if she would of done the same thing to John Paul! I was routing for Jerry from the beginning but was surprised he was the last one.

I did not like Jerry on The Bachelorette, I admit... I did like him from the start. I loved John Paul though!
