Satan thought that persecuting Christians would destroy the church. It backfired spectacularly. So he started to use the human inclinations to pride, greed, envy, rebellion and selfishness instead. That worked very well. It's still working. I've was involved in a fellowship that was very much like the early church. It was amazing, but it imploded. When I asked the Lord where we went wrong, He just said, "The parable of the sower".

There is a price to pay to be a kingdom Christian, not just a Sunday believer. To be saved costs nothing. To be a disciple costs everything.

Birds are a type of demons (parable of the sower). Demons wait to hinder the word of God before it can take root.

In this case they sit in the branches of the tree of the Kingdom as it gets bigger. The point being that they are ready to subvert the bearing of fruit (by eating the seeds) and defecating all over the things of God, killing the tree.

One would hope. Unfortunately history reveals that we do not. What we do instead is tolerate them, hoping that the continued growth of the tree will deal with the problem. What we have ended up with at different times in history is something resembling the tree upon which the Cormorants rest where the tree is dead and the birds dominate.

The cormorants along with other water fowl have a diet solely of "fish ! "

They are lacking far more than knowledge in the spirit.
A current discussion is being held concerning diet of waters, bitter and sweet.
With what is offered in the spirit of self discipline I hope the readers here find value in the mitzvah of charity.

While a lion, ox, and man may have milk to offer their young.

I believe Yeshua and the prophets spoke with clarity in Blessing the poor.

While the enemy of The Lord of Host is about role playing a divisive kingdom forewarned of and called a certain cup and habitation. (Left/Right/north/south)
The strategy of such a convoluted attack falls on shields that far out number the arrows that it's archers are able to loose.
For lack of knowledge in the spirit the enemy will eventually run out of provision for such arrows of timber.
