My husband and I are thoroughly enjoy Lenny's behavior - he's so un-politically correct. I also enjoy Brett - but I have a problem with the fact they always show him eating - complete with sound effects - what's up with that? They don't focus on anyone else eating. We realize he's larger than all the other canidates, but it is necessary to mock him that way.

I like the oddball contestants because if they were all straight and business-like the show would be very boring.

Brent is a "ringer".

He is there to upset the others, and cause disturbances. Trump never intended for Brent to be an apprentice, Brent is there just to weed out others who can not handle him and to have some fun with his antics.

No, they are not beefed up.

If you read their bio's, most of them are millionaires, own their own businesses, or have great acedemic credentials.

Some people in their 20's actually do get chosen for high positions, for one reason or another.

Life isnt fair.

Be that as it may, from how most of these people actually perform ( in all the Apprentices so far), I can do/would have done, better than just about all of them without trying very hard.

Most of these candidates make very stupid mistakes, do not clarify the goal, do not make second/alternative proposals/plans, get up late, have several people doing a task that one person could do, they dont ever seem to have brain storming sessions to get lots of ideas, dont plan very well, the PM's dont do any followup of assigned tasks, and I would not hire most of them.

I am not impressed with most of them, and most any college student could have done as well as most of them.

I was liking Lenny, the Russian guy, until he decided to persecute his fellow Jews.

Prior to that, he seemed to make a lot of sense in whatever he said, especially about how the goal of that one task was to get as many people to text message as possible and he was trying to get his team to get on with it.

Lenny is probably more like Trump, than anyone else ever to appear on TA. I am sure that everything Lenny says, is what Trump is already thinking. If Trump wants someone like himself, Lenny is the Apprentice.

As far as the jews, Lenny made a good point about the Israeli army - they do not take off for the holidays. Again Lenny was only saying what Trump was thinking. What if all the candidates were jewish, and only Lenny worked that week? What kind of show would there be?

What if Trump had a billion dollar deal in the works that needed closing on a jewish holiday - who would he choose to depend on?

The comic, Cory Kahaney was a disaster.

Again, this shows how juvenile most of these contestants are.

HOw can anyone hire an entertaner without auditioning, and without giving instructions to the entertainer what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. Even an 18 year old bride would check out a band before hiring them for a wedding reception.

REminds me of the show last year, where Trump's chosen Apprentice Randal was not even smart enough to check out the weather. As Carolyn said, even if she was planning just a backyard party with friends, she would have checked the weather forecast. For Trump to choose a person to be his apprentice who is not smart enough to get a weather forecast for an outdoor event, reflects Trumps stupidity.

Dont forget that Trump is not smart. He inherited his wealth, and has been in bankrutpcy more times than any one else in this country because most of his businesses are failures.

I didn't even pay attention to the fact that Brett is Canadian so don't even give it a second thought that anybody judges an entire nation on this one man's behavior.

I also have to agree that the hiring of the comedian was not thought out very well. Very sloppy work!

Especially since anyone can take just 10 minutes, go to Cory Kahaney's website, and see video clip examples that divorced Corey is always off color and always talks about sex, vulgarity, and uses profanity.

Frankly, I dont even know why they wanted a comedian, what does that have to do with their "theme", if they had one.

They film for an entire week, and what they did was to cut all of his eating for an entire week, and put/splice them all together to make people think that Brent is eating 24-7. They film him getting up to go to the restroom, and then edit/splice in him eating again as if he got up to eat, after eating. Its all manufactured. He says he lost 100 pounds.

Brent gets into a big arguement today/tonite, and uses profanity, maybe more.

Even worse than the comedian, was Theresa thinking she could educate car dealer owners on what horsepower is, by renting a horse drawn carraige and running/bouncing along side of it. Worst of all, when she ordered the carraige, she said she wanted "stallions" to pull the cart.

Theresa doesnt know anything about being a project manager, she knows less about managing people or selling, and apparently she knows nothing about horses - you do not want stallions pulling that cart.

Does Trump really want stupid people working for him? Why isnt he calling me up instead of foolilng around with these idiots? Is this the best that Harvard can produce these days?

It is really the incompetence (not the competence) that makes this show interesting.

How about the part where they were shooting trap with a shotgun, and an old man and a boy were on the other side of the lake in the line of fire??????? What was that all about?

What I think was cut out of the show?? was the archery. None of them had any idea of how to even string a bow. Brent strung the recurve bow backwards!!

These apprenctices are going to kill someone.

That was my first thought also, but on the other hand, it probably only hurt her among christians and other conservatives and among moral people.

Lots of people like vulgar comics - Mory Amsterdam, Red Fox, George Carlin, Cheech and Chong, etc. and a host of others.

It gave her more pulicity than anything else she has ever done in her career. Unfortunately, I would guess that she will get more gigs as a result of being on TA, not less.

Her video clips show her to be more "smooth" than as she appeared as edited on TA, although still kind of vulgar.

Lots of entertainers are dirtier on stage than what you see them as on tv. There are many I never went to see because their personal nightclub acts were all xxx, although you wouldnt know it from tv - e.g. Red Foxx. I used to like Bill Cosby until I saw him in person.

There are not many comedians like Red Skelton anymore.

I think so too! Even people who enjoy crude jokes can see that she wasn't the least bit funny.

This week was a big waste of time.

The Synergy team came up with a cluttered ad with no clear message.

Brent was fired even though he was not responsible in any way for the teams failure, which means all those on Synergy who did a bad job are still there.

Still, no one one on the Synergy team has any idea how to brainstorm, how to manage, how to make a presentation, how to get or evaluate ideas, or even the ability to be creative.

Its hard to believe that anyone on the Synergy team are any better or more qualified than any group of high school kids.

They all look like loosers.

Interesting show tonight. I actually liked Synergy's idea better. They just did a poor job of getting the message across.

well, although I know now how it ends and I shoulda stayed outa this thread until later tonight after the show has aired out here in CA (just over an hour from now), I shall still act surprised with who gets fired tonight.
