I don't know who I will root for yet. But I am ready for the show to start back. I am sorta lost on Thursdays now without Survivor or Apprentice!

Same here. I'm so glad The Apprentice is back! Now all I need is Survivor!

Though I have my education. I think the street smarts will do well. But the teams will probably be mixed up after the street smarts win a few too many.

The street smarts seem to have a little more personality. The book smarts seem to be geeks.

I think that the first tow shows this season have already been better than last season.

I agreed that Brian didn't do a very good job managing that test. He probably needed to go but Kristen is horrible. She has such a strong personality but she hasn't learned how to use that strength to benefit others or her team. Instead, she is tearing them apart.

And, Chris! Wow, what a tantrum he had in the boardroom! Didn't he go off?

I like Audrey. Haven't seen much of her but she really worked hard at trying to keep her team working together.

Brian was abrasive, wasn't he?! But I also agree that Kristen didn't help matters any. I think both of them need to have their mouth washed out with soap! I wonder if that is the first Apprentice aired show with that many "bleeps" in it.....

And what about Verna (?) just walking off like that! Carolyn was very nice to her. But, it makes me wonder how she is going to hold up under pressure. I am just wondering if she is a diabetic or something like that. I know when a diabetic goes without food and sleep they can become disoriented a bit.

I like John on Networth so far. And Danny on Magna cracks me up. I think it was very smart of him after the last show to change how he dressed. I think that did a lot for him in this team's and Trump's eyes.

And someone quits next week? Any guesses on who it might be?

I agree! However, I could have done without all the commercial breaks in last nights episode. Without all of those breaks, I think it could have been aired in an hour.

I'm not rooting for any 'team' in particular... but I have to ask...

Why can't a person who went to college be considered as having street smarts as well? Am I automatically clueless as to what's going on in the streets just because I'm a college grad?

I missed episode #1, saw #2 and agree that the guy who got voted off needed to.

I was glad Carolyn got on them for cussing in the board room. I bet there will be cleaner language all around.

I think the candidate pool has whithered down. They all seem unprofessional and shyster-ey to me.

I miss Jen and Kelley and the old gang.

The only one on the "Street Smarts" team that has impressed me is Tana. She was very professional about the check-in/check-out stuff and she was smart enough not to speak up in the boardroom.

That's a good question, Redguard. I don't know what the answer is though! When I think of street smarts I think of someone who knows how to take care of theirselves based on their own instinct. Nobody taught them to do what they do, they just do (and survive) on what comes naturally to them. Book smarts to me means someone has been trained on what to do, perhaps to say it another way-their instinct is taught. I am not sure I am doing a good job explaining what I mean.

So who do you think is going to quit?

I have been thinking on that one. I don't think it's going to be Verna, because that would be the one you would think of first. I think it is going to be someone we don't expect. Maybe someone who decides they are happy with their job and life the way it is and does not feel like they really want to work with Trump after all. I have a feeling it's going to be someone on the street smart team, but I am not 100% sure either!

I have been so messed up on my days this week. When I heard on the news yesterday morning that the State of the Union address was on last night at 9:00, I had my days confused and thought yesterday was Thursday. My first thought was "Oh man, that's gonna mess up The Apprentice!" -maybe I need to get a life!
