I had NO problem getting my copy of halo 3.
I got it at walmart a day after it came out, and I was the second person to get one from that walmart...
BTW. I think Wii is kinda stuped lol!

They've still got a bunch of copies of Limited and Legendary editions at my local(ish) Frys Electronics. Apparently, not a lot of people know they can get it there...

Oh, and wonderful way to claim something is stupid while misspelling the exact same word...

I heard last night that it sold very well in japan.
50,000 + copys in Japan.

But, that's about it. (have 50,000 X-Box 360s even been sold in Japan?)

The week Halo 3 came out in Japan, it was the number 1 game that week. Probably because that was the week that all of the foreigners and 6 Japanese people who could speak English bought the game. The results of week 2 of Halo 3 sales just came out. It dropped from #1 to #36...

The X-Box 360 display at the game store near my apartment changed back the display game to a generic RPG (Blue Dragon? Final Fantasy 11? Dragon Ball RPG #24? I don't know...) again, and the 360 sales again hovers at around 1000 or 1500 units sold for the week. In comparison, the PS3 FINALLY beat the PS2 in sales at around 10,000 units sold this week. The Wii is still on top at 20,000 units sold, with no end in sight.

Yeah, it was a perfect storm for Halo 3 to reach number 1 for the week, mainly a lack of competition that week. But still, #1 is #1!

Oh, yea! Halo 3 has been selling like crazy over here.

Its out already? hmmm maybe I need to play less World of Warcraft and get a XBOX 360 but...if it aint broke dont fix it, I am happy playin wow so I will wait on the consoles til they are cheaper.
